The presenters of popular family history TV show DNA Family Secrets are looking for people to take part in the programme’s forthcoming third series.

First broadcast in 2021, DNA Family Secrets is a BBC Two series that follows ordinary members of the public as they use DNA testing to solve mysteries about their family history.

On Twitter, Minnow Films, the producers of DNA Family Secrets, said: “The third series of DNA Family Secrets wants to hear from you! Inspired by the continued advances in genetic technologies, this series will once again help guide people as they seek to learn more about their DNA.

“Working with leading geneticists, genealogists and counsellors, our series will follow individuals with specific DNA questions as they seek genetic testing to find out more about their ancestry and relationships.

“Are you seeking answers about your ancestry? Are you looking for blood relatives? Do you need to resolve a long-held DNA question? Do you suspect you have family overseas?”
