To celebrate this month's royal wedding, we've put together a souvenir wallchart of Kate and William's family tree – which you can download and print out from this page.

The marriage of HRH Prince William to Kate Middleton on Friday, 29 April has generated much news coverage focusing on the fact that Kate is a 'commoner' rather than a member of the nobility. Recent investigations into her ancestry have revealed a range of forebears from many different levels of society, and it's interesting to see that among them there is a royal connection – this illustrates that point that many people may be unaware that links to the Royal Family could lurk unnoticed in their ancestry.

To help you uncover your possible connections, we've put together two special charts of the royal couple's family tree for you to explore. One features the ancestry of both husband- and wife-to-be, while the other focuses on just Kate. Both are available in high-quality and printer-friendly (low graphics) versions.
