As well as a guide to the best family tree builders, our September issue comes with an exclusive 28-page booklet to getting started in your research
No booklet in mine which arrived this morning. Not seen any mention in the Mag.

Hi Bob,

The September issue definitely came with a 28-page guide, which was attached the main magazine by a paper band. As you posted on 29 August, are you sure you're not actually referring to the October issue? That's when most subscribers received it.

Hi Jon,
Sorry about that as the Newsletter dated 22 Aug 2013 did not appear on my computer until the day before I recieved the October Issue the cover being similar with a 10 & Sept with a 100. Put it down to Age & Eyes.
When I downloaded Oct data I found I hadn't downloaded Sept. data. No problems at all.
Cheers Bob T.
