South Africa War Graves 1901

Postby marymyf » Mon Aug 26, 2013 8:57 pm

My great uncle, Pte. Thomas Dunkling, died of disease at Wonderfontein, South Africa on 27 April 1901 whilst serving with the 1st Battalion Suffolk Regiment (No. 1913). I have found all relevant details relating to his army service, medals etc. but cannot find any records that list where he was buried. I understand that records were kept of army burials in South Africa for this period but cannot find anything online that refers to him.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
Many thanks
