Can anyone identify this family? Surname probably Jones or Howe, maybe David. Image taken from a post card by Frederick E Duck, Studio Porthcawl, Glamorgan. c1925? Can anyone date the photo? Any hint would be appreciated.

Further research suggests that the male might be surname Quinlan but, to date, this cannot be proved.
