Before anyone confuses anyone else - the 'free book' referred to is the subscription offer that was running in the magazine that offered the WDYTYA? Encyclopedia of Genealogy. We also do subs offers that give you three issues for a pound and sometimes software. By changing our subscription offer, it enables us to appeal to a range of readers. We'll be offering software at WDYTYA? LIVE.

Looking forward to meeting readers (and potential readers) there.

Hi Christine, sorry about the late response, I somehow missed your post. The three free issues are the first ones you get, so that will be April to June, after which you will be charged for them. I will chase up why emails are not being responded to as that is clearly not acceptable. Readers can always email me if they are having problems that are not being resolved by our customer services team.

You will need to buy the March issue I'm afraid. They have to do a 'label run' of subscription copies on a set date and any subscriptions they receive after that date have to start with the next issue.
