NOVEMBER ISSUE DATE?

In the October issue, the November Issue date is stated as 25 September. Still waiting for mine!

Had a word with Doctor Who - jumped into his Tardis - but we cannot now decided whether to go back into the past to 25th September or forward to the end of October. Have put in a call for Billy Piper to join us, but she has to travel from the parallel universe in which she now exists. By the time she gets here it is likely to be the end of October by which time I can probably pop along to my local WH Smith and pick up my November copy off their shelves!

Well, we all make mistakes!

Sorry about the wrong date on our next month page. The November issue actually goes into shops on 28 October, although subscribers will get it sooner. I hope you all enjoy the free 100-page book we are including on tracing WWI ancestors - it became a bit of a labour of love at the end (with a few late nights thrown in for good measure).

I'm not sure you can claim a victory without having suggested a date [;)]

Yes - I had about as much luck at predicting the issue date as I do on predicting the National Lottery.
