Network error?

Postby fhb » Sun Sep 15, 2019 6:25 am

I've been using the WDYTYA Forum App but now it tells me Network Error all the time and won't work. I now have to use the browser to access the forum. Has anyone else this problem with that App?

It’s interesting that you say this as since Thursday afternoon I have been unable to use the app and cannot login without getting an error message saying SSO error 2, I can login on the browser and I know my username and password are correct on the app, but it still refuses to work for me.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I'll have to use the browser. Just managed to bookmark this page so maybe I don't need the App anymore!!

Sane for me - I have the Android app and it tells me
Network error, please try again later.

Another variant message refers to get_config

I've tried the time honoured remedies - logging out of the app and back in; rebooting my phone; reinstalling the app.

Glad I'm not alone. I think the App must have a problem. Now I have the forum in my bookmarks I don't think I now need the App!!

No it was me too, I posted in the tech forum and editor Sarah replied yesterday that it had been fixed (and I’m using the app now)
