I ordered 3 wills on Tuesday 29th October, details as follows:

Probate Year Estimated Delivery Date
2000 31/10/19
1978 13/11/19
1961 13/11/19

The will from 2000 arrived today, as estimated.

I'll let you know if the others are delivered on time. Maybe they have worked through the backlog...

Kathryn

Did you receive the two wills due 13 Nov ?

I ask because I ordered two wills on 19th Oct 2019, one dated 1961 and the other 1994, both due 2 Nov 2019 and I am still waiting.

Thanks Sally

They eventually turn up. I have now had all my requests dating back to July.

Hello Sally,

I've just checked and the 2 wills (pre-1996) have not arrived yet. I'll let you know when they do.

I ordered a number of wills on 19th Sep. They were delivered in dribs and drabs between 4th & 11th Nov. 1 is still outstanding and they sent 1 that was incorrect.

They actually sent me the letters of administration for a chap with the same name whose death appears on the previous page of the search results. I have contacted them about it twice using their online form, had 2 automatic responses which state that will try to respond within 2 working days but heard nothing at all about it since. Has anyone else had to contact them regarding any issues? I assume they also have a backlog of queries to respond to, given the delay in issuing the wills

The 1961 will I ordered on 29th October has now arrived so I'm just waiting for the 1978 will now.

I read (can't remember where, but within the last week or so, that the price of £1.50 is only for 12 months. Does anyone know anything about this?
