Hi, I have a friend who every couple of months (dates he goes is subject to his shift pattern as he goes over on his 4 day weekend sometimes adding a annual leave day or two) goes over to France and in particular the War Graves, he unfortunately returns to the U.K. today from his latest trip however I will ask him if he could on his next trip see if Edward Charles Cave MC is in one of the War Graves and if so take a photo for you of the grave along with the list of names on the commemorative wall. Do you have his service number ?

Regards
Terry

Try this - then scroll down to entry 31. There are two entries for Edward Charles Cave (29 and 31) but I think No 31 is the one you are looking for.

Cave Edward Charles Lieutenant 29/08/1918 24 London Regiment United Kingdom V. D. 27. BAGNEUX BRITISH CEMETERY, GEZAIN
