Changing passwords and username

Hello everyone,

There've been a few queries about how to change your password or username lately. Unfortunately, the function to do this automatically on the forum is broken. As a temporary measure, if you need to change your login details or need a reminder of what they are, please could you email us on wdytyaeditorial @ immediate . co . uk?

Hello Rosemary,
I am having problems with PM/s and hope you can advise/sort them and that this message does not come over as too convoluted.

I did a PM to username meekhcs and it did not arrive and I only know her as Sally. When I checked, it was not listed in my outbox of messages.

I have tried again today and began by writing a fresh message and in the name box put her user name, but it came up as unknown. This has never happened before and as we do not always know the full real names of forum users, we put the user name. I decided to reply via the link from her message but I could not get the message to open. There are two from her and neither of them can I read, but other messages already in the inbox from other users, will open. What is happening?

I posted a message on my 'coastguard' link for meekhcs and in the hope you might see it and she has replied, so I will let you see what she has said.

I have not had a problem like this before and hope you can help me please.

For the first time ever, I have received notification that I have PM's, just had one, but the message will not show.

As Rosemary hasn't picked this up I have emailed the Editor, Sarah, and she is having the problem looked at.

I'm sorry for the problems you've had. I was on holiday last week or I would of course have replied to your queries. I'm glad Sarah was able to help you - please let me know if you have any problems in the future.
