Hi, I'm a descendant of Santiago Blanco. I've sent you a PM so we could communicate. Santiago came from Cervo, Liguria and settled in the Philippines. His wife Maria Josefa Escobar was a mestiza with a Spanish father (Benito Escobar) and a Filipina mother (Ana de los Santos). We have also been searching for the descendants of their 11 children.

BLANCO - On the 17th inst at 58 Eastbourne Road, Emma, wife of Melio (sic) Blanco, aged 37

Unfortunately avaline, nobody in the Philippines actually knew about that side of the family. Three are well known at this point with a 4th one being verified. These clans are very large.

So, finding these two (Francisco and Pedro) will be phenomenal.
Wallydoginoz, I actually lived in Sydney for 33 years before moving back here in Manila.
I have Santiago's marriage documents (Expedientes Matrimoniales) and his will and I have only recently been to his home town of Cervo. So, please PM me so we can unite the families.

If the burials were in Leicester and weren't at Welford Road then I'd say Gilroes Cemetery is probably your best bet.

Unfortunately I don't have the CD for Gilroes so can't check, but if you try Rootschat (a different forum) I know there are people there who have it.
