I've only skim read it but the gist is this:
Father – Thomas Humphreys deceased
Sons – Samuel, William, James, Edward & Benjamin Bettis
Daughters – Anne Bentley(?) & Elizabeth Tyroll(?)
Samuel was to sell her property and divide the proceeds between himself and her other children. They also each got £5, except for Samuel, who got the residue of her estate and was also executor.
If any of them tried to obstruct Samuel in proving & performing the will then they would lose their share and it would be divided amongst the rest of them.
She later added a Codicil leaving her wearing apparel to her two daughters, to be divided equally.
The daughter’s surnames aren’t entirely clear but there is a transcript of a marriage between ‘Elz Betts’ and ‘David Tirrell’ in Rainham in 1788 that could be her. I cant find a marriage of Ann(e) Bettis to a Bentley, although there is a marriage in Bowes Gifford in 1775 between Ann Bettis & Richard Porter, so perhaps this is her & Richard died?
