Hi Simon, the address does appear to be Gandy Court, Bow. Apparently, Bromley Village, Bow Village, and parts of Poplar are missing from the 1841 census -- about 9,000 people. No results for Gandy Court when searched for in the Address filter of the 1841 census on FMP.

I'm sure forum members with East End ancestors will be able to confirm the missing census pages.

On the plus side, there are a couple of public trees on Ancestry for this family (with photos). Looks like their older daughter Rebecca emigrated to Australia in 1852 with her family. Son Edward passed away in 1844.
