Although he was born in 1840, I cannot find a death date for this ancestor, born in Sunderland. He seems to have disappeared when older and I would really like to know what happened to him. He was a master mariner, as was everyone in that family branch. His parents were Coulson Douglas (1803 to 1850) and Mary Potts, born 1807. Thanks
