It isn't always the fault of Ancestry or FMP...

So I'm trying to find out about the wife of a distant relative of mine - one Edith Roya (or Roza). She appears to depart Liverpool 1904, bound for NYC as the wife of NM Roya, a labourer. She arrives in NYC as the wife of Nagurdo M??? Roya, an Indian born Professor of Philosophy! (The 2 children are the same, so it's not an odd coincidence).

These are the original documents, not modern transcripts! Equating Professor of Philosophy with labourer is taking this British sense of understatement a bit too far, I think!
