Thomas William Bone was born 16th October 1886 in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. His father was Thomas Henry Marshall and mother Marion Bone. They had a bigamous marriage and when Thomas William Bone was born his parents appear to have split up. Thomas William later in life gave fictitious details regarding his father. (Thomas Henry Marshall has been the subject of a previous enquiry).
Thomas William married Sarah Elizabeth Hough Poundall in Mexborough, Yorkshire, in June 1910. The 1911 census provides correct information.
I suspect Thomas William Bone might have served in the Royal Field Artillery during the First World War.
My problem is that I cannot go any further and have reached an impasse. There was a Thomas William Bone who appears on an Ancestry hint arriving 2nd December 1921 by sea to Boston, USA from Mexico. Another hint with a Canadian marriage for Sarah Elizabeth Bone in Ontario in 1923.
Sadly I cannot tie up these hints to them and wondered if any kind members could help with my impasse?
