If an inquest was held then the informant on the register entry will be the coroner.

Thank you. I am away for a few days but from memory the informant was Isabella Courtney from Up Sydling and she made her mark. I don’t remember it stating her relationship etc to Emily other than she was present at death.
The date of registration was 31st December 1852. Emily died earlier in the year 13th Aug and buried 16th Aug. There weren’t any extra notes in the burial register.
I couldn’t find a will so that doesn’t appear to have triggered the registration.
