A little more detail would be helpful
Mother's name
1841 census details, or any other census details, especially recorded place of birth for each census and sibling details

There seem to be some gaps in the Windsor baptisms. You might try ordering the following:

The baptism, marriage and burial registers of St. George's Chapel, Windsor

I think what you may be needing are New Windsor baptisms, which, unlike Old Windsor, do not appear to be indexed online.

Right next door is Clewer
A couple of baptisms there, transcriptions online
17 August 1833
Jane, daughter of William and Mary Fisher. Abode South Place, father a Plasterer

24 September 1834
William, son of William and Maryanne Fisher. Abode South Place, father a Plasterer

Jane was buried at Clewer, 22 August 1833, age 1 month.

Also a couple of baptisms at Clewer to Henry and Susan Fisher of Peascod Street (that street is split between New Windsor and Clewer). Henry was a labourer, their own son William was baptized in 1834. Was Henry's widow in St Margaret Westminster in 1851?

This could be the family you are looking for in 1841
piece 738 book 18 folio 5 page 3
St Margaret Westminster
Arther St
William Fisher 33 J. Plasterer, No (not born county)
Mary Fisher 33 No
Matilda Fisher 12 No
Mary Fisher 14 No
Henry Fisher 10 Yes
William Fisher 7 No

My fellow researcher is as happy as I am with your wonderful replies . We think Henry and William baptised in Bath 19 Jun 1796 and 23 Dec 1804 respectively. Sons of Charlesand Hannah. William was born in Bath from the 1851 census. So that just leaves Mary Ann to find.
