Missing after 1891

James Dixon born Blackburn 14 Feb 1875
Father Thomas Dixon, tailor. Mother Sarah Kate Norris

Alice Crook born Blackburn 14 Sept 1877
Father Thomas Crook, spindle turner. Mother Alice Maria Booth

Sophia Rose Dixon born Blackburn 14 April 1881
Father Thomas Dixon, tailor. Mother Sarah Kate Norris

All appear in censuses until 1891 with Alice Crook recorded that year as Alice Dixon and living with her mother Alice Maria and stepfather Thomas Dixon, tailor (now married to each other), together with Sophia Rose at 56 Park Road, Blackburn. James Dixon was with the Roney family at 71 Duckworth Street, Blackburn, listed as brother-in-law to George Roney.

After 1891 there appears to be no record of marriage or death for James, Alice Crook or Sophia and none feature in the 1939 Register with the above dates of birth. They do not appear to have emigrated.

This is a long-standing problem and I would be grateful for any suggestions for finding them. They are my husband's grandmother's siblings/half-siblings.

That Sophia has been checked out and is not the correct one.
