Help please to find marriage of (Sir) Harry Speakman and (Lady) Helen Francis McGregor. Possibly 1889 and possibly Leigh in Lancashire.

If you google Sir Harry Speakman, several sites come up. Go to the one for Wigan Archives - archives.wigan.gov.uk. There are photographs of Harry plus an account of his marriage to Helen. The newspaper for that is the Leigh Journal dated 1st March, 1889. So presumably their marriage took place in February of that year. I haven't yet found the reference yet for a certificate though.

The marriage took place in Ireland at the residence of the bride's father , Mr Peter M'Gregor of Clonlee, Larne, Co Antrim.
