Based on what you have stated, a brief search brings up the following records which may relate to your chap

Marriage, Sep 1902, Wigan, Thomas PIZEY & Mary Jane KNOWLES, 8c 221

Death, Sep 1918, Wigan, Thomas PIZZEY, age 33, 8c 98

Marriage, Mar 1921, Wigan, Mary J PIZZEY & John T Wilkinson, 8c 84

The certificates would give you more details but it really depends on what you are trying to find out and what you already know? If you can be more specific I'm sure more help will be forthcoming.

Further to Jill's findings:
Thomas married Mary Jane Knowles in 1902, when his surname was spelled Pizey. In 1911, they lived at 14, Back Brook St, Ince, with their daughter Alice b1883.
In 1901, Thomas lived in Brook Street, Ince, with his parents John Pyzie (that's how it's spelled on the 1901 census) b1849 in Wigan, a coal hewer, wife Mary b1852, and their children Paul 1878, your Thomas 1881, Margaret 1884, John 1888, Henry 1894, and Alice 1897. Mother Mary and all the children were born in Ince in Makerfield.
