Thank you guys for all your help. All the information was really useful. Her surname was definatley Japp. I was wondering if it maybe said deceased? But in short hand like decd?? I only wanted to know so I could find out roughly what dates to start looking for her death certificate which I can't find under Mitchell. Many thanks again.

I think the line following Christian Mitchell could read:

Maiden name Jago (or Japp if you prefer) Cook.

Whether that is her occupation or a previous surname I'm not sure.

They are known for cutting these offer dates short.
Have to be quick, at least Adrian got on. Hope some others did too.
