As ianbee says, Rosina seems to have married widower Robert Fuller Claxton. He was living alone in Wandsworth in 1928, then in 1929, he was living with a Rosina Flint, and in 1930, he married her, with the marriage reference given by Ian.

Hello All,
Once again thank you so much for all the information you have found for me. Another piece of the jigsaw in place !! Shame we can't find what happened to the first wife Rosa Mary. Their child John William was with John's sister Jane on the 1881 census . In 1891 he was in the Slainers home for deaf and dumb children in Holborn London. He married in 1910.
