Record on www.forces-war-records.co.uk

Thu Mar 16, 2017 9:24 pm

Would anyone happen to be a Full Access member of the website www.forces-war-records.co.uk please? If so would they be willing to look up a record which only seems to be accessible if you are a Full Access member and not just have registered which I believe is free.

A colleague at work is trying to research a relative, William Louis Jolly, who was a Private (Reg no 26051) in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry during WW1. There is no trace of a service record so can only assume it was destroyed but we have traced a medal card. He is definitely listed on the above website so it would be good to know if the record there contains any more information.

Many thanks
