The father’s name is Jay Henry. The family went from Australia to England between 1876 and 1880. I cannot find them on any passenger lists.

Marriage
23 February 1887, St Peter Islington
William O'Connell Clarke, 21, Bachelor, Doctor's Assistant(?), residence 102 Chobham Road Stratford,
father Jay Henry Clarke, Gentleman
+
Blanche Hegan Fisher, 20, Spinster, residence 34 Noel(?) Street, father William Frederick Fisher deceased, Gentleman
wit Harry (or Henry?) Smith, Annie Hawkins

So at the moment it looks as if Sydney Grahame may really have been William O'Connell Clarke?

Looking for possible births in Victoria - none have a father's name as Jay Henry or even just Henry. I wonder if William Henry may have been illegitimate? I searched 1864 - 1868:
CLARKE – 1864 Births
Given names William
Father's name John
Mother's maiden name Johanna (Seery)
Reg. year1864; Reg. no23935

Family name (surname)CLARKE
Given names William
Father's name Thomas
Mother's maiden name Ellen (Whelan)
Reg. no5933

Family name (surname)CLARKE
Given names William
Father's name
Mother's maiden name Mary Marion (Clarke)
Reg. no24468

CLARKE - 1865 Births
Given names William
Father's name
Mother's maiden name Annie (Clarke)
Reg. no5984

Given names William
Father's name name Charles
Mother's maiden name Catherine (Murphy)
Reg. no2392

Given names William Henry
Father's name William
Mother's maiden name Charlotte (Lord)
Reg. no 8304

CLARKE - 1866 Births
Given names William
Father's name Charles
Mother's maiden name Ann (Mcalister)
Reg. no15712

Given names William
Father's name John George
Mother's maiden name Ruth (Wright)
Reg. no5560

CLARKE births - 1867
Family name (surname)CLARKE
Given names William
Father's name James
Mother's maiden name Elizabeth Maria (Harrens)
Reg. no4849

Family name CLARKE
Given names William Henry
Father's name William Samuel
Mother's maiden name Annie Jane (Pope)
Reg # 4334

CLARKE – births 1868
Given names William
Father's name John
Mother's maiden name Mary (Mcnamara)
Reg. no16340

Given names William
Father's name
Mother's maiden name Mary (Clarke)
Reg. no10808

And for CLARK (no E) there are 2:
Given names Henry William
Father's name Henry Mortimer
Mother's maiden name Bridget (Hickey)
Reg. year1865
Reg. no11179

Given names William Henry
Father's family name William
Mother's maiden name Caroline (Ralph)
Reg. year1863
Reg. no15258

There are more William CLARK (no middle name); I also tried for William O'Connell but only got 2 within 1863-68 and neither looked interesting.

There is a 1923 marriage of a Dorothy B. O. Clarke or FOGWILL to David L Evans Pancras 1b 110, so assume Blanche and Dorothy should be found with a Mr Fogwill, but I can’t see them

I don't know Elsie's birth date. According to GRO it could be 1896, on the 1939 Register it is 1898 and on her death registration it is 1897. I found Bertie on the 1901 census living in Essex as a boarder, he was still just Clarke. It was just known in the family that Margot Clarke was Bertie's niece, I have no proof of a relationship though. Not sure about a friendship between Gwen and Elsie. When Elsie left Wales she went nursing in London. I don't know how that happened or how old she was.
I cannot find Graham Grahame or Graham Clarke anywhere.

Don't forget the posts about William O'Connell Clarke!

As to Graham, there is still the Pasbach possibility.
Born in Marylebone around the right time, mother nee Thomas.
There is now a baptism available in which Adolph is named as the father (though as Jo pointed out, he said in the divorce papers he just had the one son by Susannah Thomas). Occupation Actor.
And if William Clarke can become Sydney Grahame, why can't Susannah have later used the name Gwendoline?

And that she, Susannah, had “given birth to two children, of whom your petitioner is not the father, but of whom the said Mr Graham is the father”
