I'm not sure how you go about this because I have not had to look for a specific address in census returns - I've always found individuals by name. However, on the baptismal entry for Arthur (11 March, 1891) the family address given is 1 Brunswick Grove, Islington. The census was taken just over three weeks later, so the address might be a starting point. A year later for Flora's baptism, the family is at 8 Queensland Road, Islington. So this would seem to be the area to hunt. I'm sure there is a very clever person who can enlighten you as to tracking down the addresses on census returns.

If they were at 1 Brunswick Grove then it's bad news
Historical Streets Project reports -
Islington Registration District, 1891 Census Street Index A-B
Brunswick Grove MISSING after f 185 in RG 12/177
(That's in Highbury sub-district, enumeration district 32)

8 Queensland Road, Islington, in 1891 seems to be a Common Lodging House
