Ann Furrian married William Roome, 27 December 1793, at Marylebone. Could there be a connection?

Does it say "the late" or just "late"?
Late as in previously (last) occupied by. Wouldn't mean that Jno Furrian was dead.

There's also a burial in Hampstead, 18 April 1846, of a Thomas Furrian, age 74.
Although on the new GRO death index his age is given as 72
Again, as the name Furrian does not seem to be found in too many places, could he be a relation?

Looking at one of the enclaves you mention, there's a possible match on those three names in Husborne Crawley in Bedfordshire
Parents Michael and Elizabeth (Eliz, Elizth), baptisms in Husborne include
26 May 1768, John Farran? (indexed on Family Search as Fannan, could that be an error?)
18 May 1769, Ann Farren
26 May 1774, Thomas Furrian (seems an earlier Thomas baptized 1771 died in infancy)

There are though a couple of Ann Furrian burials in Husborne Crawley indexed on the NBI (1773, 1784), which might be a problem. Have no more details.
As you say, nothing to definitively link John, Ann and Thomas to Bedfordshire.
And of course it would not tie in with the Charlotte Augusta as John's mother theory.
