Ancestry use optical character recognition to index those electoral registers. It's very odd how it consistently fails to give us some names, when it finds others.
If you go to their London Electoral Registers database herehttp://search.ancestry.co.uk/search/db.aspx?dbid=1795
You can then either attempt to find Ewell Place, Camberwell manually for those missing years, or put in another name that the OCR might manage to find.
After a few failures, I found a name it did pick up for some of those years, Julia Isted
Not ideal, because she is not in Ewell Place but in the next street listed. Sometimes she is on the same page as Stanley Gilman, but she may be on the one following.
But searching for her should quickly get you to Ewell Place. For later years you may have to find another name to use, I don't know.
I've found the 1951 Ordnance Survey map showing Ewell Place (directly below the Surrey Canal)http://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/#zoom=18 ... layers=173
If you use the box on the left to select the 1893-5 series, it appears to be shown then as Bath Place
EDIT! Stanley Gilman, of course (not James, as I typed!)
