This site is well worth a look for anyone researching their WWI ancestors and also for adding details yourself.

Whilst looking on it the other day, I discovered more about my 1st cousin 3 times removed, including the date he was injured, the date he was buried plus the fact that his brother-in-law went to visit him whilst he was in Rouen Hospital shortly before he died.

This information had been added by the local history group so, if yo are lucky, you may also find extra information from it.
