I know basically nothing about WW2 uniforms, so I'm just going out of a book in front of me. It does say that the open collar of the battle dress, with a collar and tie underneath, dates from the latter part of 1944 for Other Ranks (i.e. not officers). In fact I wonder if we're not looking at just after the end of the war for most of your photos, simply because of the number of medal ribbons most of them have. Unless the guys have a fair amount of service in the Regular Army, those are likely to be WW2 campaign medals.

Apart from one cap badge, I don't see much that might identity any regiment, so if no one comes forward, I would suggest that you submit the pictures to a specialist WW2 forum, who will no doubt be able to identify all the clues that are passing me by.

The medal ribbons are always difficult to work out from black and white photos. I think though, from the left, the chap has the 1939-1945 star, Africa star, then possibly then, the France and Germany star, the final one appears to be the ribbon for the Army Long Service and Good Conduct Medal.
As regards the uniform i am struggling to work out from the pics who he served with. Do you have any other pictures of him in uniform? The red caps, military police, did use a plan white belt, could be worth a look on that route. Although I do think several regiments used the standard issue belt too.
Sorry I can't be of much more help.

From what I can see the biggest clue is the shoulder title has a border round it is there a chance that the battle dress is blue, Army titles generally don't have a border but Raf Regiment does, Also a lot of Canadian regiments had borders but most seem to be to long.
