Wigmore Petty Sessions - 1882

Postby ksouthall » Sun Jul 08, 2018 4:23 pm

Dear All,

I have just found an article which mentions an affiliation case in 1882, relating to someone I have been researching. Does anyone know if I would be able to obtain more details of the case? It was in Shropshire.

Thanks in anticipation,

Katherine

I wonder if you could find anything in the catalogue of the Shropshire County Archives. It is on http://www.shropshirearchives.org.uk. There is also a contact telephone number. Hope that is of some help. You do not give a name so I couldn't look for you.

Thanks, Brunes08. I tried the Shropshire Archives online but nothing came up.

It may be that no records remain or, hopefully, they haven't been indexed online yet.

I think Wigmore is in Herefordshire, so you might want to ask them. The case as many of these cases are not listed online.
