Because of past problems, I believe that new subscribers need to post a couple of regular messages first to show that they are real people doing real research. Once you have done this then you will be able to post web links. So please, go ahead and post your queries in the appropriate area - but without weblinks!

Yes Sylvia is right. We had a big spate of people selling kitchens and fake Nike shoes on the forum so we had to set up a system where you can't post a URL for a certain number of posts to weed out the spammers. Just pop on and post some comments without URLs and eventually the site will recognise you as a bona fide user. Sorry it's a bit of a pain but so is lots of spam!

Thanks,

I've had the same problem, but I hadn't included any URL's?

This is my first post to show I'm a real person.

Hi Rob,

I'm not sure why you're being blocked from posting if you're not including URLs. The only thing I can think of is that some of the language you're using is setting off the spam filter, or it's blocking your email or IP address for some reason. If the problem continues, please email a screenshot of the issue to rosemary [DOT] collins [AT] immediate [DOT] co [DOT] uk and I'll take a look at it.

Best wishes,

Rosemary
