Technology "Broken"

Postby meekhcs » Fri Dec 01, 2017 8:46 pm

I hate to be a grump but the WDYTYA IT Guys are very slow to mend technology elements that are broken.
Last month I too reported that the page had disappeared to change your email and password. This was first reported by another Forum member in May, and it is still broken today!! Whilst Rosemary kindly changed my email address for me I am still unable to update my password.

I am also unable to access the WDYTYA Forum App from my Iphone because it hasn't been updated to work with ios11, and this was first debated on here in July!!

Hi Sally,

I'm sorry to hear you're still having problems with the website. Unfortunately we haven't been able to get an update on those issues yet but we are working on them. Please could you message me to let me know what your new password is and I'll change it for you?

Thanks,

Rosemary

Hello Rosemary

Thank you for your reply. I will keep my password as it is for the time being and probably update at a later time when I overhaul all my passwords.

Thanks again for the offer.
