Hi Katherine
You are right, I don't remember! A case of mistaken identity perhaps?
Speaking of which, poor old James Duncan, will he ever be identified? Such a shame if he remains forever stuck in Dorking.

May be I missed something here but having read the posts this sounds like a complete load of gobbledegook to me. I have no idea who you are trying to find or where they might be.

I've had quite a lot of success in tracking down living people so may be able to help you. E-mail me privately if you don't want to actually mention names in public.

As an inside, re: living relatives, when I first starting researching at the local library, their Ancestry version had a search tab for 'Living Relatives'. This was presumably a third party Ancestry offering long since abandoned? Anybody else remember this? Or am I imagining this?

In case this helps other researchers, I found one of the people I was looking for by searching the Companies House web site. It’s possible to search directorships as well as company information.
