Bona Vacantia Heir Hunters Commission Agreement

Postby watfordp » Thu Jan 17, 2013 11:59 pm

I am researching one of the unclaimed estates on the Bona Vacantia list and wonder if
a) anyone out there has or is also doing so and if yes would appreciate advices/comments etc?
b) has anyone got a copy of a standard 'Heir Hunters' Commission Agreement or can tell me where I might get a copy@?

Many thanks for any help....

You might like to look at the Heir Hunters Association website (it is not a 'Heir Hunting' company), the Treasury Solicitors Bona Vacantia website and also the 'Heir Hunters' programme especially the smaller companies. There is no such commission agreement and the Government has changed the charging of commission payments to a fee basis.
