Alistair McGowan - talk about the show

what was Alistar playing on the piano??

hi :)

Hugely enjoyed this programme, funny though I didn't get a sense from Alastair that he was proud of his Indian heritage.

Could anyone tell me what Alistair wasplaying on the piano right at the beginning?

thx,

Poppy

Anglo Indian?

After watching Alasdair McGown programme last week, I was struck by the similarities in features of his ancestors and my father. My father was illigetimate born in 1924, the origins of his father are unknown(his mother was Scottish) hence I have come to a standstill regarding this line. I did think he was Italian looking as he had sallow skin and dark eyes with black hair. My query is that I would like to know ...

I was educated ...

Alistair McGowan

I enjoyed this programme immensely!

The programme had everything: Humour and Mystery.

Alistair came across as very down to earth and likeable. He showed a lot of vulnerability and when he said he realised he would never say "Hello Dad" ever again, my eyes started welling up!

I guessed he must be Irish because it seemed to be building up to him not being Scottish and I thought Irish was probably the next nearest ...
