Time shown on Baptism Record

I came across some private baptism records for children of William and Susanna Moore (and other families), entered into the parish register, that shows date and time that baptism was carried out, followed by a date child was received into the congregation:

Ultimate brick wall: Smith in London

My 4x great grandfather, John Palmer, married Mary Smith 8 Jan 1771 St Clement Danes. From the marriage licence he was from St Clement Danes and she was from St Michael-le-querne. This latter parish had ceased to exist officially after the Great Fire of London. I understand it was merged with several parishes principally St Vedast Foster Lane. I have accessed St Vedast parish records on archive.org but could find no suitable baptism. Any baptisms ...

Lintott prison sentence

Hi I have recently discovered through searching the British Newspaper Archives that my husband's great grandfather was sentenced to 2 months in prison in the 1930's for theft. I am hoping to look into prison records but wondered if the 100 year rule applies? He is deceased, so would this allow me to access the records?
