Christopher Collier

Please can anyone help locate the birth of Christopher Collier about 1710. He married in Scarbro Yorkshire in 1735 to Judith Adamson Both were from Danby and all his children were born Danby. I believe Judith was born Egton and may have been a Quaker but I am unable to locate Christopher. Many thanks Sandra

Where did Elizabeth Grimes go?

I am trying to find out what happened to Elizabeth Grimes after my 2 great grandad died his name John Grimes. He died Dec 1891 in Leicester aged 46. But Elizabeth disappears after that, can not trace her. Can anyone help.

Henry Dyson (b. 1823 in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire) was my 2x great grandfather. Here's the timeline I've constructed:

1823 - Henry was baptised on 8 August 1823 with parents David (gardener) and Elizabeth, of Netheroyd Hill - now a suburb to the north of Huddersfield town centre.

Children Deceased in 1911 Census Children Deceased in 1911 Census

On the 1911 Census a relative of mine states that he and his wife have had 11 children, 5 living and 6 deceased. I have the name and dates of the five living children but where do I start with the 6 deceased. I don't live in the area where they were living in 1911 and don't have the money to travel there.

My Great grandmother is Alice Murphy who married a serving soldier Richard Churchill in on 07/02/1885 in Wexford Ireland. Family history claimed she was 14 when she married and as she was Irish Roman Catholic and he was English Protestant there was a difficult situation

Cap badge identification

Hercules & Joshua HYDE

I'm having difficulty locating the HYDE brothers in the 1851 Census. They were both born in Stow on the Wolds, Gloucestershire in 1820 & 1829 respectively. Neither had yet married, nor were they at home, in Stow, with their parents John & Rebecca Hyde. Any help gratefully accepted.

Hester Jane Hannam of Bristol

Is there anyone researching this lady or her family ??
She was baptised on 29th March 1836; married Samuel Lowther on 18th November 1856 and died 15th February 1921.
