Our great new website

By Daniel Cossins, 7 July 2009 - 9:07am

It has been a hard slog and many hours have gone into it but, at last, we have finished our new website. Well, I say finished but it is an ongoing project. We'll be putting new content up every week and hopefully all our visitors will also be able to contribute.

A new feature on this website is that visitors can leave comments at the bottom of most articles. That means that if you want to comment on, add to, or correct an article on the website you can.

For example, you may have come across a new website offering help to those researching criminal ancestors that we haven't included in our 'Take it Further' article.  If you are registered on the site and have logged on then you can leave a  comment that can be read by other visitors.

Hopefully this will turn our website into a real learning hub and a community for family historians to help each other and watch their family tree grow. We hope you will all take part and enjoy the experience.
